I care deeply about my country and am very patriotic, and I have always been appreciative and drawn to those men who have joined the military to protect and promote our freedoms here at home, as well as around the world. My father, an Army Colonel, now deceased and buried at Arlington National Cemetery, instilled this patriotism in me early on in my life, and I have never waivered in this view - it is just part of who I am.

This is why I am now on this website, hoping to meet and have a fulfilling relationship with just such a gentleman:)

I am a very positive person, always glass-half-full and can always make lemonade out of lemons...I love having a beer and a hotdog at a ballgame as much as I enjoy having filet mignon and a fine red at an excellent restaurant. I am a big dog person and have two - a german shepherd, and a german shepherd/malamute mix who looks like a wolf:) I am very affectionate, crave intimacy and lots of PDA, and need someone the same. While I am very independent, both personally, professionally, and financially, I want a man who will adore me and I want to do the same in return (I don't mean this in a conceited way - but I've had a relationship that was void of this and it was a very lonely situation)! I will respect you and give you my undivided attention; no disapproval or neglect here! I am a hopeless romantic and very passionate (both physically and in my beliefs) and appreciate a man who isn't afraid to share his personal space with another human being.

I am a pro football fanatic and bleed purple for the Baltimore Ravens! I love sitting on a tropical beach in the morning watching the sun come up with a great cup of coffee, or in the evening watching a gorgeous sunset with a fruity drink:) Love politics (I lean right) and am always on the culture watch because it shapes the world we live in.

The oddest first date I had was visiting my dad at Arlington with a Naval Officer, but it ended up being a really great time since we visited Arlington House; Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; and other notable sights there!
